In 2013, the Zoomlion service team for Southern and Central Africa, together with Zoomlion's agent in Kenya, Kenelec, successfully carried out theory-based earthwork training for the Chief Mechanical and Transport Engineers Department of Zoomlion's largest customer in the country, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Zoomlion received praise from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and job sites around the country thanks to the sound performance of its equipment and its excellent and fast after-sales service system, as well as for making regular visits to sites to check on equipment.

This year the customer has once again asked Zoomlion to organize training in order to consolidate product knowledge and enhance skills. Having researched and analyzed trainee requirements, the Zoomlion service team adjusted and consolidated theoretical training content in May and organized professional training focused on on-site practical machine operation and analysis of common failures.

The training lasted five days and involved a total of 19 participants, all of whom passed the closed-book assessment at the end of the course. Thirteen of the participants rated the training as "very good," and the remaining six all rated it as "good," which was testament to the hard work put in by the Zoomlion service team in Africa, but also confirmed the success of the training.
