In order to meet customers’ needs for different parts and services, highly experienced Canmax experts compile various technical materials in accordance with the characteristics of Canmax products. They consist of paper, PDF and CD versions in many different languages.

The four basic manuals are as follows:
Operation Manual gives a basic introduction of the product, its components, accessories and additional parts, covering lots of information on safety operations and procedures.
Maintenance Manual is intended to guide the performance of inspections, maintenance, and methods of judging and solving common faults to avoid downtime.
Shop Manual (DB) is divided into several sections for repair guidance consisting of structure and function, testing and adjusting, as well as disassembling and assembling.
Spare Parts Catalogue gives you the detailed spare parts specifications, structures, diagrams and also numbers, to make ordering easy.

TRAINING

Training is another basic element of Canmax CARE. In order to ensure customers fully understand Zoomlion products and impart relevant know-how to machine operators, Canmax offers a range of training support. Participating in Zoomlion training will help you learn how to better maintain machinery safely, effectively and efficiently, thereby improving equipment productivity, prolonging the life of the equipment and obtaining maximum return on your investment.

Our training courses can be held either at our headquarters, at one of our Regional Training Centers, at one of our distributors, or even at the job site. We also provide tailor-made training (different levels) using various teaching methods (theory, field, online and simulators) for optimum learning.
