The First Machinist Club Event, which lasted for two months, concluded recently. The event was organized by the marketing team of construction crane products in Saudi Arabia and well received by many overseas customers.

From the end of September to November, the marketing team of construction crane products in Saudi Arabia carried out the First Machinist Club Event with the theme of CARING NEVER STOPS. Taking into consideration the need of marketing promotion and the current situation of machinists in many Saudi cities, the team worked together with the local agents to organize the event in Jeddah and Riyadh, with the key and potential customers of Zoomlion as the main participants. The event included the introduction to the company’s overseas layout, after-sales service organizational structure and spare part system, operation training for customers provided by Zoomlion’s overseas trainers, collection of advice and suggestions from overseas machinists and Q&A, and operating contest of machinists.

In the event, the marketing team of construction crane products in Saudi Arabia first presented the video promos of Zoomlion’s products with new VI appearance, its layout in the Middle East and the marketing situation in Saudi Arabia. During the training, the lecturers made the participants realize that the correct maintenance and the use of brand accessories can enhance the safety of the products, through various teaching materials such as videos on the maintenance of engine and hydraulic system, and PPT on the importance of choosing genuine filters. At the hands-on training stage, the lecturer gave performances like crane flower arrangement as an exhibition of the new products’ excellent fretting property, and. led Saudi machinists to operate on the machines.
